Job Description:
As a Part-Time Service Crew member at Lou Shang, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and seamless dining experience. From greeting customers with a smile to serving delicious food and drinks, your contribution will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
- Order Processing: Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, making sure all special requests are noted.
- Service Excellence: Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring each guest receives their order exactly as requested.
- Restaurant Upkeep: Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout your shift, contributing to a pleasant dining environment.
- Payment Handling: Assist with processing payments when needed, ensuring transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other team members to provide outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidates!
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
