Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Service & Bar Crew member at Mama Diam and Lou Shang, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and crafting delicious beverages. Your role will involve creating memorable experiences for our guests, from greeting them with a smile to ensuring they enjoy every moment of their visit. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (Hosting): Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner. Take orders, address inquiries, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to provide a seamless dining experience.
- Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and standards. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Service Duties: Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service areas. Ensure that all service stations are well-stocked and ready for peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Must be Malaysian or Singaporean.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions are essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
