As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the Customer Support Representative team
- Handle quote processing and customer order entry.
- Retrieve shipping documents and certificates from the system and promptly email them to customers.
- Retrieve and distribute invoices and Statements of Account from the system via email to customers and other Regional Sales Managers upon request.
- Keep track of urgent orders, providing customers with updates on their status and shipping details.
- Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) received through the customer portal as necessary.
- Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to customers' portals.
Assist in managing the Customer Service and mailboxes by rostering duty with other - Customer Support Representative
- Support with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Customer Support Manager and Director.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or GCE O Levels minimally
- Possess at least 2 years of experience working experience
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for communicating effectively with partners in China
