Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage student-related records, including document handling, in alignment with established department's processes.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining regulatory standards and controls within the department's processes. Prepare and compile necessary reports and documentation to support all regulatory reporting and audits.
- Oversee and execute tasks within the department, with a major focus on processing Student Pass (STP) applications.
- Additional responsibilities include managing Student concession cards, verifying qualifications, and addressing Personal Data Protection-related queries.
- Prepare and ensure the availability of documentation to support internal and external audits for the department, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Contribute to the review and updating of department's policies and procedures to meet operational and annual review requirements.
- Monitor and oversee the department’s annual budget for assigned budget items, in coordination with the Supervisor and/or Managerial Leader.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (back end processing / support) in higher education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and interpret statistics with a strong analytical mindset.
- Skilled in utilizing digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
- Independent and resourceful, with the capability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.
- Highly meticulous and process-oriented
