As a Finance Executive (Financial Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop the annual budget and create regular financial projections.
- Analyse monthly profit and loss statements, monitor performance against the budget, and provide commentary, presenting findings to management using infographics and dashboards.
- Review balance sheet schedules and address any outstanding items.
- Focus of Business Partnering by collaborate with departments to offer guidance on financial matters, policies, and procedures.
- Review, enhance, and automate work processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Responsible for preparation of the cash flow projections, approval papers for submission to Board of Directors, Monthly journals and schedules etc.
- Monitor to ensure sufficient funds for payments and prepare the funds transfer instructions.
- Maintain bank accounts, bank signatories and related documentation.
- Liaise with the Central Treasury, Banks, Finance shared services and other institutions.
- Participate in Treasury projects.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a min in Degree Accountancy or Finance Management or Business
- Possess at least 3 years working experience
- Possess Data analytic skills such as Dashboards, Charting, Power BI, RPA (UiPath), Infographics, Tableau, VBA, Macros will be favourable
