Job Highlights
Salary: $4300 - $4900 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months (subjected to extension)
Working Location: Nearest to Buona Vista MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Involved in day-to-day operating works for procurement and budget data input
- Assist to administer and prepare division proposed budget, which includes understanding of different budget sources.
- Track budgets inputs and assist in end-to-end meetings for budget, procurement, planning matters
- Assist in coordinating fixed assets and updating custodians
- Assist and support ad-hoc planning seminars and other matters involving budget and planning
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in Business & Finance or relating field.
- Experience in procurement and finance procedures/ processes would be an added advantage.
