- Attend to walk in customer to service center.
- Provide IT hardware service and support (e.g: PC. laptops, etc)
- Timely update of the service status to customer.
- Ensure proper parts handling and movement.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Install Operations system, firmware and bios.
- Handling, resolving and keeping track of assigned through ticketing system.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure jobs are completed and close timely.
- Attend new product training.
Job Requirements
- Min NITEC in Electronics, IT, Computer or related field.
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) / Alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm)
- Work location at CT Hub (Kallang)
- Salary $2300 to $3000
