As the Public Sector Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple technology projects, with a particular focus on large-scale projects in the public sector. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
- 12 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a focus on delivering multiple technology projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the public sector.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Experience with financial management and project profitability analysis.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Experience with sales and business development within the public sector.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
