Role Overview
We’re looking for a hungry Senior Account Manager / Associate Account Director who will play a key role in managing integrated campaigns from creative conceptualisation to campaign execution.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact between the agency teams and the client. You’ll work closely with agency teams, clients, as well as third party vendors to ensure the smooth and effective execution of projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the agency-client relationship, acting as first point of contact.
- Manage projects from end-to-end, starting from client briefing to project execution and campaign evaluation.
- Work closely with internal and external teams on content strategy, campaign. conceptualisation, implementation, and production management.
- Develop presentation deck and materials for internal and external presentations.
- On-site involvement in the exectuion of experiential projects, as needed, working in tandem with the agency production team and third party vendors.
- Manage and source for external vendors and suppliers.
- Take ownership of budgets and timelines as required.
- Assume responsibility, and demonstrate proactive and energetic working attitude
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 4 years of account management experience.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns and event activations is a plus.
- Updated with current trends and well-versed in social media.
- Good communication skills; able to confidently present ideas to clients, and continually cascade information to the respective teams
- A fast learner who thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
