Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Project Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
Job Requirement:
- Conduct site inspections, coordinate with customers, and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure secure and professional equipment relocation.
- Ensure third-party vendors meet customer requirements before service execution.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for verification, calibration, maintenance, and repair services.
- Provide metrology services using in-house SOPs, ensuring tools are timely calibrated and maintained.
- Respond to ad-hoc service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Recommend appropriate inventory types and quantities to minimize equipment downtime and support budget planning.
- Ensure sufficient stock of consumables and chemicals under the Inventory Management (IM) program.
- Maintain accurate documentation for services, including training records, service reports, and vendor qualifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Criteria:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
