Job Highlights
Salary: $3500 - $4300 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Nearest to Newton MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions so as to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Deliver HR solutions and strategies, such as organization design, that are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the line departments
- Partner the HR policy teams to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies
- Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews and postings
- Compile and analyze manpower statistics for reporting and surveys
- Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders
- Handle procurement paperwork for HR services and projects
- Review and streamline work processes
- Drive employer branding initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or relating field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
