Responsibilities:
- Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Hires and trains staff
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
- Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
- Manages and maintains stock inventory
- Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned
- Prepare food orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Singaporean/PR
- Preferably able to start work immediately
