Job Description
- Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets for individual and sales teams
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Own recruiting, coaching and monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Prepare sales contracts in according to customers requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, management good communication skills
- Sales and Target Driven, highly motivated with initiative.
- With Class 3 Driving License will be advantage
