As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Accurately document patient admissions.
- Monitor bill sizes closely to ensure they fall within existing insurance coverage limits.
- Collaborate with various departments and doctors to provide necessary information and documentation.
- Communicate with patients or payers regarding outstanding bills.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
- Possess good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
