We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with expertise in EMV (Europay, MasterCard, and Visa) technology to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining EMV-based payment applications, ensuring compliance with global standards for secure, chip-based payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement software solutions for EMV-compliant payment processing systems.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Integrate EMV applications with Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals and other payment platforms.
· Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of EMV-based applications.
· Ensure software meets the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and EMV standards, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage for EMV software.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EMV-related issues.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in software development, specifically working with EMV technology.
· Strong programming skills in C, C++, Java, or similar languages.
· Knowledge of EMVCo standards, ISO 7816, and other relevant payment card specifications.
· Experience in developing or integrating payment solutions with POS devices or ATMs.
· Familiarity with cryptography and secure data transmission protocols.
