As a Senior Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversees and be responsible for the daily clinic operations in clinic facilities matters
- Ensure clinic continuous and uninterrupted service
- Managing clinic infrastructural assets, fitting, fixtures etc.
- Attend to calls/queries pertaining to clinic facilities' issues
- Ensure sufficient stock if replacement is needed
- Investigate and generating reports
- Provide guidance to juniors when required
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- With Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a similar discipline
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous
