The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's evolving Ads business runs smoothly. The team works to set go-to-market strategy, and ensure execution and operations against the strategy. The Asia Pacific Business Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. In this role, you will be focused on aligning company priorities across business, regulation, and reputation with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Job responsibilities
- Lead AI for Velocity strategy and taskforce, bring efforts across external partnerships, programs, and collaborate with other teams, including DeepMind, Google Research, and Cloud.
- Drive coordination and accountability for progress against plans across key markets, as well as regional initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and build bridges across cross-functional teams to enhance the impact of project outcomes and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Work with cross-functional Strategy Operations leads to shape operational excellence for Velocity operations in the region, including elevating and sharing best practices.
- Lead strategic projects within the broader Velocity team.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience advising, partnering, and influencing senior executives.
- Experience setting strategy, leading work-streams, defining metrics, measuring results, and using data to point resources to priorities in the brand, reputation, and regulation space.
- Ability to build relationships and drive alignment and progress in collaborating with cross-functional and cross-product area stakeholders across the region.
- Ability to manage programs autonomously.
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
