Key Responsibilities
- Review and transform the current talent management policies and programmes towards a Tech Management organisation.
- Maintain the talent management database and monitor for talents who are due for postings
- Propose postings plan, engage the talents, liaise with respective agencies and seek approval for the postings to effect
- Propose engagement plan for talents with leaders
- Propose career pathways for talents based on their sector roadmap
- Support the team and organization HQ in any collection and submission of data and reports on talent management
- Propose and execute best practices in performance management
- Monitor and remind the completion status of annual appraisal forms
- Follow-up with divisions and agencies on ranking and promotion returns
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Min 3 years of experience preferably in talent management, performance management and/ or HR transformation work.
- Passion in digital/ tech industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft (Excel, Words), Pivot Table/VLOOKUP for data entry purpose
