Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain HPC hardware and software.
- Pro-actively monitor, analyse, troubleshoot and resolve HPC operational issues.
- Coordinate with other NSCC technical personnel to ensure smooth routine operations.
- Develop scripts to automate the operational tasks in HPC system.
- Exploring new technologies and convert them into sustainable HPC services for NSCC.
-Compute (CPU, GPU, FPGA and etc.)
-Network (Compute Interconnect)
-Storage
-Programming models
- Assist in designing the next phase of NSCC's infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Degree in a Computational Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of life HPC toolsets.
- Competency in a UNIX/Linux command line environment highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year in handling HPC related environments.
