Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Asia Air Conditioning business, including Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, and neighboring countries.
- Manage and coordinate the Academy in collaboration with country-specific trainers.
- Develop and deliver training programs on engineering software for HVAC system design and analysis.
- Create localized training materials based on HQ resources to suit regional needs.
- Train and support trainers across different countries.
- Plan and manage training agendas and schedules for each country’s academy.
- Organize and host the annual Academy and SVC Forum.
- Conduct regular visits to subsidiary academies to assess status and address any issues.
- Maintain the customer database and manage invitations for training sessions and technical bulletins.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial air conditioning industry.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Resourceful, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Technically proficient with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a results-driven, action-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in environment and priorities.
