Job Duties:
Act as Consultant's project manager and oversee demolition project and contractor.
- Report to consultant and HDB
- Ensure quality, timeliness and safety of contractor's work.
- Lead all other Technical Professionals, including Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements.
- Based at site near Chin Swee
- 5.5 days week
- 13-16 month contract, commencement approximately January 2025
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Science / Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;
Knowledge / certification in the folllowing will be beneficial:
- Microsoft Project
- Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
- Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel
