Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Motor Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage motor insurance quotations, handle client inquiries, and coordinate with insurers to provide excellent service. If you have a strong background in general insurance, particularly motor insurance, and are passionate about delivering customer satisfaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate motor insurance quotations and address related requests from clients and partners.
- Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
- Promptly attend to leads and queries via Salesforce.
- Prepare documents related to transacted insurance business.
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners regarding insurance policies.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the quotation process through digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the general insurance sector, preferably in motor insurance.
- Possess at least 2 CMFAS Certificates (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance market trends (preferred).
- Experience in underwriting, claims handling, or insurance customer service is an added advantage.
