- Developing and planning engineering strategies
- checking on paper and site work progress
- conducting project safety briefing
- controlling materials order and usage
- supervising construction team
- increasing the company's work quantity and quality
- ensure that structures are constructed in a safe and sturdiest manner
- reporting to the director and PM
- liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities
- miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc works
- Must have main contractor and Precast Coordination experience
