Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Case Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our sales consultants and insurers, ensuring smooth management of insurance applications for our high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to sales consultants by generating insurance highlights, quotes, and illustrations for client meetings.
- Manage new business case submissions from pre-case preparation (medical bookings, internal KYC documentation, insurer application forms) to policy inception.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed in our CRM system and internal processes are followed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate after-sales services, including policy updates and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in case management, preferably dealing with HNW clients in the insurance or insurance broking industry.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and insurer-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Licensed in CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A, and HI (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working with various software to generate insurer illustrations.
