- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the business unit's overall objectives.
- Identifying potential customers and markets for new elevator installations within the assigned territory.
- Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Developing and tracking sales forecasts for the business unit.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with customers.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., engineering, installation) to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Elevator/Lift/Escalator background is a must
- Expose into planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Able to handle department sales
