Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Coordination: Oversee the comprehensive management, planning, and design of the company's middle and back office operations.
- Research & Design: Lead the research and development of the capital business (post-trade) management system tailored for financial trading institutions.
- Product System Development: Develop and construct the product system by integrating business and technology perspectives with the company's internal and external business needs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze internal process issues based on the current business status and implement solutions on the platform.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in financial IT, Internet brokerage IT (middle and backend), or as a platform product manager, with a proven track record in designing complex, large-scale software products.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and judgment with the ability to handle the technical planning and design of intricate products.
- Product Management: Experience in product marketing systems and admin backend work, with the capability to create technical product plans tailored to varying customer needs.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent ability to design and write comprehensive product documentation.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and coordinate resources to drive product and project development.
- Industry Knowledge: Preference for candidates familiar with multiple aspects of crypto exchanges and Internet brokers.
- Additional Experience: Experience as a B-side product manager and a background in finance or banking are preferred.
