Job Description
Able to use CAM function to generate CNC program.
Able to interpret technical drawing and review 3D CAD design.
Able to use ARTCAM. Autocad for wood unit fabrication.
Analyzes the design and defines the best sequence of machining steps.
Compare 3D model dimensions with hard copy drawing for any error.
Ensure that cutting tools are available or highlight to superior for purchase.
Optimize programs to ensure low cycle times and tool wear is minimized.
Engage in other activities or responsibilities assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)
Minimum 1 - 3 years hands-on experience in ARTCAM, Autocad software.
Knowledge and exposure in CNC machines.
Able to read and interpret technical drawing.
Team player who is able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
