Report to Group Chairman, The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all business operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves oversee operational strategies, and driving process improvements to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills are required to influence a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.
He/ she is responsible for ensuring global capabilities are adopted and that CULINES operates a stable platform that meets or exceeds local regulatory requirements across region. A clear understanding of current state and future state based on global liners roadmaps will underpin the CULINES roadmap including investments and projects portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing company revenues and create new revenue growth opportunities, standardize and optimise the operating costs of various operational units, enhance brand revenue growth.
- Assist Group Chairman in manage daily operations of the Board of Directors, including organize meetings, convey information, etc.
- Identify and manage risk and opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage company’s senior executives ensuring alignment with company’s mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government ministries, agencies, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery across the organization.
- Drive development of business continuity and succession management for mission critical roles that have financial impact to the organization.
- Foster a value-based culture and a culture of accountability on performance goals and behaviors in the organization.
- Drive development of resource and cost management optimization plans based on the market practice and business environment.
- All other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to conceptualize strategies in alignment to tactics and communicate them across different levels of organization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling complex corporate governance issues.
- Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills required for interaction with staff and stakeholders.
- Strong independent thinking and analytical abilities, capable of providing strategic advice to the company.
- Highly responsible, with strong professional ethics and a spirit of teamwork.
