Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee department operations to align with customer business needs, focusing on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, inventory accuracy, and precise record-keeping.
- Train and develop staff to ensure compliance with job requirements, uphold discipline, and produce high-quality work.
- Compile and present management KPIs for timely review and strategic decision-making.
- Manage customer invoicing to facilitate prompt revenue collection.
- Hold regular meetings with customers to address their concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Efficiently resolve daily operational challenges.
- Assign tasks and manage staff schedules to optimize workflow.
- Supervise all aspects of logistics administration and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.
Job Requirement(s):
- Minimum 4 years of warehousing operations experience
- O level or above
- Strong communications skills
