Working Hours: 9am - 5.45pm
Basic start from $3,500 – $5,000

Job Description:
- Overseeing the development and management of Victron Energy and solar products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design, market, and implement Solar solutions to ensure successful product delivery from concept to launch.
- Aid the sales team to design and implement Victron solar solutions
- Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective execution.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in the solar energy, power electronics, or related industry.
- Must be able to design and create an effective solar solution
- Deep understanding of energy storage systems, solar energy products, and mobile power solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- 2 years or more experience in the Solar industry, integrating and implementing
