Role Summary
The O+O Business analyst will focus on supporting key project roll out in Travel Retail APAC, system integration testing between key platform (WeChat) & Salesforce, manage end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) project but also manage the maintenance of some existing applications. The scope will be largely on the digital and retail excellence topics.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management/Support:
- Support project gap analysis workshops involving multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail & Media, Commercial, Finance etc.).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of a global project roll out in Travel Retail APAC (including China market).
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) of a global project roll out in Travel Retail APAC (WeChat Mini-program integration with Salesforce).
- Be the key contact to communicate the business needs to IT teams for technical solution / support.
- Ensure the Secure by Design of our new applications.
Application Maintenance:
- Manage all incidents & demands managements (Application enhancement) on existing application scope (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan solutions).
- Lead audits & application licenses reviews.
- Manage the relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 5–7 years of working experience.
- Knowledge on Salesforce is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge / project implementation experience on WeChat Mini-program is a must.
- Experience in running UAT, includes reporting, test scripts writing etc.
- Knowledge on Anaplan, PowerBI, Service Now, SharePoint, Webapp, Ecommerce & social media.
- Knowledge on ERP SAP (Plus).
- Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch management).
- Understand CyberSecurity requirements.
- Fluent English and good level of Mandarin (Ideal) in order to effectively communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, stakeholders’ management.
- Strong Project management (Agile, V, hybrid…), end to end project management experience.
- Understands Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail & Media Business context.
- Redaction of business needs, technical specifications, training documents.
- Is able to animate Business workshops & train users on new process or new applications.
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
