Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for welcoming customers in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets’ seating procedures
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and/or feedback, promotion packages via phone calls and email timely, professionally and in an efficient manner and make outbound calls when needed
- Respond appropriately to enquiries / feedbacks and escalate when needed
- Answer calls, process customers’ reservations and update system accordingly
- Ensure PDPA compliance when handling personal data of customers
- Coordinate private events for large group reservations
- Provide customers with estimated waiting time
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
- Seat guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations
Job Requirement
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and able to communicate clearly and efficiently to our guests
- Strong customer oriented mindset with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to take pressure
- Exceptional grooming habits and positive attitude with an interest in delivering excellent service quality to customers
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Excel) and internet savvy
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
