Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
2. Proactively attend to customer requests and needs.
3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu, presenting it professionally and making appropriate recommendations.
4. Manage the complete billing process efficiently.
5. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Locations Available: **Maxwell Road , Tanjong Pagar MRT
Job Requirements
1. Only Full-time positions are available.
2. No prior experience in food and beverage service is required; we welcome all applicants. With experience, basic salary higher and chance promotion to Team leader or supervisor role.
3. Must be a team player with a strong willingness to learn.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
5. Candidates should possess a mature and positive attitude.
6. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is necessary.
7. *Flexibility to accept split shifts is required.
8. Operation hours - 7am to 11pm (Shift work)
