- Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)

Overview for the role:
Manage and control company ERP operations, including business application software and ERP hardware. Successful candidate will work closely with Global Team and other IT resources, including consultant and support team. The role will be responsible for day-to-day operations, handling trouble shooting, as well as supporting reporting services and other applications needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage potential issues and opportunities through daily contact with users and process owners
- Analyse and evaluate system, application and infrastructure securities risks to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Maintain updates and maintenance on security, software and system security to ensure optimal performance
- Provide first-line support to businesses.
- Work on change request and issues
- Work with global support team to identify and implement improvements
- Deliver support and enhancements
- Ownership of solution delivery, including appropriate documentation
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- With knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP) and Automation process is preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and managing windows server/ Linux environment
