Job Description
▶Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
▶Take charge of sales transactions, generate and send invoices to customers
▶Generate and send invoices to customers
▶Process customer payments and apply them to customer accounts
▶Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy
▶Resolve customer billing disputes
▶Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
▶Monitor customer accounts for delinquent payments
▶Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
▶Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system
▶Prepare and submit customer statements
▶Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment
▶Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
▶Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
▶Assist with Internal/External Auditor requirement for accounting related
Job Requirement
➤Minimum 3 year of working experience in Accounts Receivable and familiar with sales transactions and invoicing
➤Experiences with Credit control and GL
➤Foreign exchange experience preferred
➤Quick processing ability
➤Willing to learn something new
➤Good communication and interpersonal skills
➤Independent & good teamwork
➤Person who can consult with other employees
