To make a meaningful impact in the realm of engineering design, we are looking for a Senior BIM Executive to join our team. We are a dynamic team working alongside our customers on some of Singapore’s most innovative projects in infrastructure development.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
· Develop 2D & 3D drawings using CAD and BIM Revit models (Autodesk & Bentley) for LTA/BCA/CCSM submissions
· Oversee the accurate creation of 2D drawings from BIM models, ensuring they meet deadlines and client standards (LTAEIR, BEP)
· Maintain a well-organized system for models, drawings, and BIM documents, following company protocols
· Assist the project team in resolving client-assigned clashes and updating the BIM model accordingly
· Provide comprehensive support to the BIM Manager with various BIM-related activities

On top of that, you will have:
· Diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar) with 8 plus years' design coordination experience (various project scales) in an engineering design consulting firm.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Navisworks, and Aecosim.
· Strong planning skills for managing modeling and drafting tasks, with initiative and ability to work independently within a team.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
