Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Event Logistics
• Handle logistics for academic events such as examination, commencement ceremonies, etc.
• Coordinate with external vendors eg engage workmen for the pre-event setup and post-event dismantle, provide carpet supply, etc.
• Arrange the stocks in the storerooms, identify items to be delivered to event venue.
• Perform various roles at the graduation ceremonies.
2. Finance Processing
• Procure goods and services required for office and events
• Process invoices
• Manage requests for refund
3. Academic Services and Office Administration
• Assist in managing the requests for graduation collaterals
• Attend to mailboxes and student enquiries
• General office administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Polytechnic Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication (oral and written) skills
• Organised and meticulous
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Team player who is positive, self-motivated and resourceful
