Account Executive
Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | 10am-7.30pm
Working Location: Sim Lim Square (Rochor)
Salary Range: $2500-$2800
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounting
- (AP/ AR/ GL/ Bank reconciliation/ GST / Financial report P & L , Balance sheet… )
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- AR payment knockoff , email statements of accounts to customers weekly. Call for payment.
- month-end closing & bank reconciliation.
- Audit and tax queries
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Perform reconciliation of suppliers’ statements and ensure all disputes are resolved.
- Assist in payment/collection and petty cash reimbursement.
- Prepare and submission of quarterly GST returns.
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations including for intercompany transactions.
- Monthly payroll processing including staff attendance, commission, etc
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- work with admin staff as a team
- prepare reports requested by superior
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / management
Job Requirement:
- Relevant Experience in Full Set Accounting
- Highly proficient in AUTOCOUNT accounting software
