Main Responsibilities:
- Support the security bond department by attending to clients’ enquiries
- Assist clients with the procurement of the bonds such as drafting the necessary forms, submitting the documents to insurers, generate billing, follow up on premium payment and so on
- Ensure proper documentation of policies & correspondence
- Maintain a current and accurate filing system of these documents
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder with minimum 1 year working experience
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Excellent attitude towards customer service & good communication skills
- Keen to learn and has positive work attitude; good team player
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application

Working hours: 5-day week; Monday-Thursday 8.45am to 6.00pm; Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm
