Position: Lift Technician
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Islandwide Singapore (Travel Required)
Monthly Base Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 (Based on Progressive Wage Model & Technical Assessment)
Potential Monthly Gross Salary: Up to SGD 3,200 ++
Working Hours:
- 5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Night Shift: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Permanent night or rotational Day/Night)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lift Technician, you will:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Swiftly diagnose and repair malfunctions or defects to minimize system downtime.
- Perform thorough testing and inspection of safety devices to meet regulatory compliance.
- Recommend and replace worn or damaged parts to ensure system reliability and longevity.
- Provide on-site repairs and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, prioritizing client convenience.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work for documentation and future reference.
Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you should:
- Have at least 1 year of practical experience in the lift, elevator, and escalator industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to travel across Singapore for job assignments.
