Job Responsibilities:
- Customer information collection and credit evaluation;
- Customer maintenance:
including support for quotations, contract clarification, signing, order commitment; Finalist, qualification push, and tender preparation. Support Customers' payment, processes, billing and related procedures;
- Organize customer meetings and manage communication;
- Business order Management:
Provide pre-sales, sales and after-sales business support to the customers;
- Risk control:
Oversee risk management in contracts, orders, delivery, acceptance, and fund collection.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Communication are preferred;
2. Open to excellent fresh graduates or candidates with more than one (1) year of relevant experience;
3. Extroverted, Proactive, diligent, and responsible in work;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills; with proficiency in both Chinese and English;
5. Proficient in office software;
6. Local Singaporeans are preferred;
7. Full-time.
8. working hours: Monday to Friday, daily, from 9 am to 6 pm.
