Description of Duties:
- Proactively identify and secure sales for new and used cars, including our luxury, super cars and pre-own selection.
- Provide professional service to existing and potential customers from before sales to after sales.
- Demonstrate integrity, genuineness and courtesy when handling customers.
- Proactive in learning about vehicles' specifications and functions
- Managing the complete sales process, including test drives and financing.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Attend to all customers inquiries.
- Actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
- Maintain rapport with existing and new customers
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Experience in automotive, retail sales, service, and hospitality industries preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
