Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of company accounts.
- Timely financial reporting.
- Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breadkdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles to ensure compliance to accounting standards and company policies.
- Oversee cash flow management.
- Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
- Reviewing staff claims and routing for approvals.
- Liaising with auditors and tax agents and preparing audit documents for year-end closing.
- Handling any other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy or other professional relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in Construction
- Good organizational capabilities, meticulous and process strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
