- Good knowledge in building construction sector
- Able to understand Architectural, structural and M&E drawings
- Minimum 5 years experience preferred
- 6 days work week
- Good team leader with basic english communication skills
- Need to take charge of M&E team(s) - With plumbing experience preferred
- Have a valid class 3 driving license
- Work location based on project assigned
- Require to travel around Singapore if necessary
- Able to plan, monitor and manage assigned project to ensure smooth flow of tasks
- Able to laise with various consultants and sub-contractors in timely manner
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance to safety rules and relevant regulations
