Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems, managing security protocols, and supporting sustainable security practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for security technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain security systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the company’s data, systems, and infrastructure.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits to identify risks and implement corrective measures.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, including forensic investigation and documentation.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a security administration or similar role.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, technologies, and sustainable practices in security.
- Proficiency with security software, firewalls, encryption, and security information and event management (SIEM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
