- Safety Inspections:Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace.

- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Conduct emergency drills and ensure readiness for potential incidents.
- Reporting:Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to management and regulatory bodies.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Safety Equipment Management:Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor the condition and maintenance of safety equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certifications:Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
- Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and health.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
Ability to conduct training sessions and safety briefings.
Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
