Job Description of Facility & Operation Manager
A) Facility Management
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and overall management of physical buildings, dormitory and spaces. Ensuring that facilities are functional, safe, and conducive to the needs of the company or tenant.
B) Toxic Waste Management
Responsible for overseeing the safe handling, disposal, and management of hazardous materials and toxic waste. Ensuring environmental protection and regulatory compliance.
C) Operation Management
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of a business or organization. Ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective. Managing of resources, processes, and workers to align with the company’s strategic objectives, enhance productivity, and deliver high-quality products or services.
D) Quality Management
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products or services within an organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems and processes to meet customer expectations. Driving continuous improvement, ensuring ISO compliance.
Requirement
- Degree in Chemistry , Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Relevant experience in production or toxic waste management
