Position Overview:


As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. You will work directly with our clients to ensure that their systems are operating efficiently and effectively, providing top-notch service and technical support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Maintenance: Install and service various systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with systems and related components.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to service requests, explaining technical issues, and offering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks, and ensure that all installations and repairs meet safety standards.
  • Training & Support: Offer training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address complex issues and improve service processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various systems and equipment.
  • Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-Focused: Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and working at heights.
