Introduction
For over 10 years, CBTW has been a strategic delivery partner of Temenos in APAC. To support our growth, we are looking for Business Development Managers to identify, qualify and nurture new business as part of our growth activities in the region.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Temenos and independently to develop leads and build a robust new business pipeline
- Develop case studies and other professionally created sales collaterals
- Lead pitch presentations, and coordinate contract negotiations for the successful closing of deals
- Work closely with Marketing and internal teams to ensure our brand positioning aligns with strategy and sales plans
Requirements
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- 5+ years’ experience in sales of software or services to the financial markets, ideally banks and wealth managers
- Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
- Proven track record in selling software services and solutions to senior executives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience of working with Temenos is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
