Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS and SFRS.
· Manage timely financial reporting and compliance across all statutory and internal frameworks.
· Provide strategic financial analysis and planning to support decision-making and company growth.
· Develop and optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging QuickBooks and integrating innovative AI technologies.
· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions and reporting, making use of QuickBooks for everyday financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.
· CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.
· Good knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.
· Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
· Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up atmosphere, with a passion for finance and AI.
Familiarity with the below is advantageous:
· Experience on audit processes, collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
· Knowledge on US GAAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards in the US market.
